CoolMed is the very latest brand in refrigeration. Based in the business district of Trafford Park in Manchester, CoolMed’s expertise dates back to the early 2000s. The business has grown year-on-year which led to the creation of this new brand in 2017, designed to bring high quality, hi-tech products to the industry at a cost-effective price.


CoolMed came to Blue Digital in the need of a new brand and website to create awareness and sell their new range of products. The key objectives of the website were to get their expertise across, to promote the brand and to create conversions.



Blue Digital wanted to communicate CoolMed’s expertise and powerful position within their industry in the brand design. Based on this, we created a simple but bold logo, using a ‘medical’ green colour to showcase the industry within the brand. These colours of dark grey and green were taken and used throughout the website in order to keep in line with the brand guidelines throughout the whole user experience.




Blue Digital proposed to use Magento 2 for the new website, in order to be well-prepared for growth in the future. It has a CMS that is simple to use so that new products, buying guides and news can be quickly and easily added and updated. We created a pop-up for when new users enter the website, in order to give them a 10% discount off their first order with the aim to promote and create conversions. Other features include a warranty registration form, downloadable instruction books, wishlist creation, a search function and product reviews. The website has been integrated with Panther, whereby order details are sent to Panther in order for them to then process the shipping of the product.

The website structure has been built with the search engines in mind, and CoolMed have ongoing digital marketing with Blue Digital. This will ensure the website is fully optimised to perform at its best, aiding site visibility within search, and ultimately encouraging more users onto the site.




We built a fresh and clean website that was in line with the CoolMed brand that we created. The website homepage clearly shows CoolMed’s USP’s of having high quality and high security, reliability and stability, and being experts in the industry.
